At Adyctive Fitness our philosophy is to #moveyabodi and enjoy a fantastic hour together torching calories, reducing stress levels, and becoming Adycted to a better you (your only competition)! Life has its pressures, nonetheless, it is our goal to help put a spring back in your step!!! Be willing try, if you do that then we can help you. Hi I’m Naarah (Nay) Crawley, owner/operator of Adyctive Fitness, LLC based in Southern MD. I am an AFAA(TM) Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor as well as a licensed Zumba®, Zumba® Gold, Zumba® Toning & Strong by Zumba® Fitness Professional. I absolutely LOVE dance, always have; however, years ago, I’d fallen out of frequently doing so and both my energy level and waistline suffered. I wanted to be fit and needed to stay healthy although, initially, the typical ‘structured’ workouts NEVER worked for me. They were no fun! Enter ZUMBA® …I fell in love and after the first class I was hooked! Now more than 10 years later I still love it and here I am to spread that love and additional fitness treasures!

Zumba® is exercise in disguise and pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. It is a great way to start or add to your fit lifestyle. Contrary to popular belief, knowing how to dance is not a requirement to attend a class. I’ll do my absolute best to help shake off any negative feelings as we leave the stress at the door and have a blast during your “Party Time”.

Stretch n Flex is a class we developed which incorporates flexing and engaging your body with body weight and light weight exercises and mat work. Bring your resistance bands, your 1-3 lbs. weights, your mat & your attitude! I’m here to spread love, music & get you bendier & stronger! This class is 45 minutes.

Adyctive Fitness Personal Training, small group training, Stretch n Flex and bootcamp classes all employ the same philosophy with great music, dynamic movements, motivation, stress relief, stretching but a biiit less dancing. We don’t focus on just weights, we know you everyone do not want to get “bulky”, so we marry the two, cardio and strength into a 60% 40% split. This allows us to help you lose weight and tone up. No two classes are exactly the same, which keeps your mind engaged and your body ever challenged.
